Need to send Criss something in the mail

I sent a package to Criss (via the Luxor) but I don't know if he will get it? I searched the site for a way to write to him but could not find it so I tried an option that I hope works? My Dad died on Nov 19th in my arms (and I know Criss's background so I know he can relate to this)! I wanted so badly to send him something....I hope he gets it through the Luxor? Any other advice?
